Users may request deletion of data associated with their The Unpublished account, workspace, or connected social media integrations. These instructions are provided for platform compliance and user transparency.
How To Request Data Deletion
- Send an email to hello@theunpublished.in.
- Use the subject line: The Unpublished Data Deletion Request.
- Include your account email, workspace name, and connected platform account or page name.
- We may request additional verification to confirm ownership or authorized access.
- After verification, eligible data will be deleted from The Unpublished systems.
Data That May Be Deleted
- Connected account tokens and integration records.
- Cached social media analytics and page metadata.
- Content drafts, approval records, calendar items, and generated AI drafts.
- Workspace records that are no longer required for service, legal, or security purposes.
Processing Time
Deletion requests are typically processed within 30 days after verification. Some information may be retained where required by law, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, or accounting obligations.
